Ingredients:
2 pc Ripe Plantain, yellow with dark spots
2 tbsp Oil for frying
Directions:
1. Peel and cut the plantain diagonally into ¼ inch thick slices.
2. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat. Add the oil and lay the cut pieces of
plantain into the hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes per side. Watch carefully,
due to the high sugar contents, plantain can burn easily.
3. Remove from the pan and drain off excess oil on a paper towel.
