Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette: May 2019 Week 4

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper


Preparation: 

Combine ingredients in a blender or whisk or add to a mason jar. Mix or shake until smooth. Store in a mason jar or other container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
