¼ cup Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup Olive Oil
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except oil in blender (or mix by hand with a whisk)
Blend well.
With machine running, slowly add oil until thoroughly blended.
