Caribbean Coleslaw

Prep Time: 10-15 mins Yield: Serves 6-8


Ingredients:

4 cups Cabbage, thinly sliced

1 cup Carrot, shredded

1 cup Mango

½ cup Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Sugar

3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp Olive oil

To taste Salt

To taste Black pepper


Directions:

1. Cut and combine all the ingredients.

2. Mix with apple cider vinegar and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

3. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to combine and the cabbage to soften.
